Crealies meets Donna Downey

Good morning Lovelies, I hope your having some fab weather, it's beautiful this morning, little breezy but it's early yet, but the sun is shining and it warm :) love the sunshine!

I've had another little play this morning using the fab Modern Patchwork Die by Crealies, this time I coupled it with the gorgeous poppy stamp by Donna Downey, I love this stamp set, I've also included a card I've made for my hubby's great niece who will be 3 soon, using Pan Pastels on Linen texture card and Lavinia Stamps.

Crealies modern patchwork die

Good afternoon Lovelies! What a beautiful day it's been down here on the South East coast. After saying I wasn't going to buy a Crealies Die, I succumbed at the weekend, wellllll! They were just there calling to me, it would of been rude not to lol! Today has been the only day I've had time to test it out, hope you like them?

Good afternoon Lovelies, I hope your all enjoying your weekend. I've just got home from a fab day down in Rochester at Eileen Godwin's Workshop, it's always a great day with lots of inspiration from Eileen and lots of chat, giggles, tea made by the lovely Sheila and superb cakes and quiche made by the lovely Barbara Cleggett and even Mr C has a go and makes delicious Date Squares, they are yummy! Thanks guys xxx

So here's my offering for the day, only managed the one project as it was lots of layers, I really enjoyed making this canvas, I think I will do another one one day.

Penny Black Christmas

Good evening Lovelies! And a very warm welcome to some new followers, thank you xx

I hope you're all looking forward to the weekend, I can't wait, I'm off to Eileen Godwin's workshop down in Rochester tomorrow woohoo!

Today I thought I'd make a real effort to get some Xmas cards done, I know, I know the dreaded "C" word lol, but I normally dabble throughout the year, but haven't really made many yet, I do enjoy making Xmas cards too, so today I've had my Penny Black Xmas stamps, Dies and stencils out.

Happy Christmas Hahahaha!

Indigoblu Giant Poppy

Good morning Lovelies! Brrrrr! Where has that beautiful warm weather gone? The wind has blown it away I fear!

I've been playing with this gorgeous stamp, "Giant Poppy" by Indigoblu, it's huge and absolutely stunning, who doesn't love Poppies?

I have stamped them all onto Watercolour card using Black Versafine and heat embossed with clear fine detail embossing powder by Stampendous, the first one I used Brusho's, all the others I painted with Aquatints

Penny Black

Good evening Lovelies, I'm sorry I've been rather neglectful of late, as most of you know my gorgeous little Foster Baby Boy moved last Monday to his new lovely "Forever Family" , I'm still crying a bit every day lol, but they have been in touch a couple of times and I'm happy to say "They are sooooo happy and little man is settling in well" bittersweet xx

I have managed some crafting, it took me a few days to get in the "mood" and I've also made a start on his "Memory Book"

I made this today using Penny Black stencil and Die.

Father's Day card using Indigoblu Stamps and washi tape.

Brusho's and SplodgeAway masks.

Pan Pastels and Inkylicious stamp and Memory box die.

I won't bore you with too many, but here's my favourite Memory Book page so far and one of my favourite photos, he was 5 days old here aww! Miss him so much xx

Zoe - Challenge #6 June "use any colour"

Good morning Lovelies! Not such a good one for me today unfortunately, my little Foster baby boy moved yesterday to his new Mummy and Daddy and although it's a happy ending for all, naturally I'm missing him big time, bittersweet!

Anyway it's the launch of Lavinia Stamps Challenge #6 the theme this month is "Use any colour" please be mindful of the rules and only use Lavinia Stamps products Tracey offered a very generous prize of £40 voucher to spend in the online store.

Here are my samples, I hope you like them? My first one I stamped the script background with Versamark and used Pan Pastels over the top, the sentiment is a die.
